What about the plugs?

Most of our lamps are fixtures that don’t require specific country plugs. For lamps requiring a plug, our selection will normally allow selecting the type of plug required. If not, and when available we will contact you before we ship the order to confirm the plug even if can be evaluated by the shipping address. We want to always be sure that we ship according to your expectations.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All our goods are free shipping, but if you want to receive your orders faster, then you can contact us and we will help you switch to faster logistics, but in that case, an additional charge will be required

How long will delivery take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place the order, we will immediately arrange the delivery to our QC department. Generally, it takes 24-48 hours to inspect the products.

The QC department will check the quality of the products and take photos for archiving (If you need quality inspection photos, you can contact us). If the goods are okay, we will arrange the delivery to you on the same day.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

– You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (10-55 days not including 2-5 day processing)

– You receive the wrong item

Purchases made in the context of a Sale, 30% off or more are not eligible for return.

What is wishlist?

The wish list is a place where you can collect your favorite items. Or you can compare which product is more suitable for you on the wish list.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please open the package in front of the courier before receiving the goods. If the goods are damaged or wrong, please take pictures immediately, don’t receive them and contact us, we will negotiate with you a replacement or return your money back.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
