The metal shade and base elevate this floor lamp to a higher quality. It was fairly easy to assemble. It stays in place due to the heavy base even when our dog bumps into it.

I LOVE the design of this elite floor lamp! The arc in the stand is much more pronounced than it looks in the product photo, which actually makes the light land perfectly over whatever reading spot / room / area you want to light. The power of the light is great too, and it covers a good amount of space because of it’s wonderful height. This lamp would definitely light up an entire room by itself.

Wasn’t sure about ordering a lamp off online as I like to to see item in person before buying. I was genuinely surprised. The base is very heavy and sturdy. Really looks good. Includes a light bulb that produces a nice warm light. It is controlled by a push button floor switch similar to Ikea lamps. I took a chance on this lamp and it is worth it.
